   By accessing or using the Gymwise platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

   1. Eligibility:
      • Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
      • Users under 18 or senior citizens with medical conditions must self-declare during registration that:
        • They have obtained parental/guardian/custodian consent to use the platform and participate in fitness activities.
        • They are medically fit and capable of participating in the fitness activities available on the platform.

      • By using the platform, users under 18 and senior citizens confirm that Gymwise is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or accidents arising from participation in sessions.
      • Gymwise is a marketplace and does not take responsibility for any incidents or mishaps that may occur due to the user's failure to meet the necessary health and fitness criteria.
   3. Unauthorized Use:
      • Users must ensure their account credentials are kept confidential and notify Gymwise immediately in the event of any unauthorized use of their account. Gymwise is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access.
4. 4. Use of the Platform
   1. Permitted Use: Gymwise grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.

      • Refunds will not be provided for partially used services or sessions unless stated otherwise in the Partner's policy.

   1. Service Delivery: Partners are solely responsible for the availability, quality, safety, and legality of their facilities, services, and sessions listed on the Gymwise platform.
   2. Partner Policies: Users must comply with any additional terms, conditions, or requirements set by Partners, such as dress codes, safety protocols, and punctuality.

   1. Compliance: Users agree to comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies when using the platform and participating in services or activities.
   2. Health and Safety: Users are responsible for ensuring that they are fit to participate in any activities they book through Gymwise. Gymwise is not liable for any injuries, health issues, or accidents that occur during gym sessions or other activities booked via the platform.
